The village of Cradley has a diverse history dating back to Mesolithic times. This series of heritage films tells some of its stories.
Commissioned by the Cradley Then & Now group as part of a Heritage Lottery Fund grant the collection of short films and additional movies was produced by Cradley Heath Film. The movies feature stories written, narrated and presented by local people, and showcase works by local artists, poets, story tellers, song writers and musicians.
Aspects of the community's unique character, what its people have experienced at work and play, and some of their exploits during war and peace, are explored.
